Getting to Alicante & the Venue

For the trip to the venue zone near Orba:

• By air: flying into Alicante is the fastest option (~45 minutes from many Spanish airports)

• By train: book one of the efficient French-operated trains rather than the national line — comfort, quality and cost vary. Expect fares from ~€10–40 by train, or ~€50–150 by plane per person depending on origin and timing.
  Once you land in Alicante, we’ll send full details and provide our dedicated transport contacts (shuttle / coach service) for guests staying nearby the venue on Friday and Saturday.
  Also recommended for your return: airport or train transfer from Madrid or Barcelona, depending on your onward travel plans.

Useful Transport Tips (Madrid / Barcelona / Alicante)

Here are a few quick tips you’ll find helpful:

• Madrid: Airport transfers are available by taxi or private car; taxis to the city centre have a fixed rate around €33.

• Barcelona: From the airport, the “Aerobus” shuttle is comfortable and fast (~35 minutes) to the city centre, or taxis are available at taxi stands at Terminals 1 & 2.

• Alicante: The C6 bus from Alicante-Elche Airport to the city centre is very good (every ~20 minutes, fare ~€3.85). Taxis are also available (~€20 day rate) and private transfers via trusted operators are recommended.

Parking & Transportation

Free parking is available at the venue (uncovered), and a shuttle service will run between the main hotel and several nearby stops throughout the day.
Guests who drive can safely leave their cars overnight if needed — so you can simply relax and enjoy the night with us.
